Chamois d'Or Hotel features 27 rooms with bathrooms, a flat-screen TV with British channels and French channels, a telephone, and free WiFi. Each room includes fluffy towels, Omnisens toiletries, and a wardrobe with a safety deposit box. Some rooms offer a south-facing balcony overlooking Les Gets village and ski lifts. A pub quiz is held every Thursday, and Squid Lips performs live music every Friday in the bar.

Chamois d'Or Hotel is located 85 km from Meythet and is one hour from Geneva Airport. The hotel is located in a section of the Rue du Centre, which runs through the town. The Chavannes gondola and chairlift, located 250m from the hotel, provide access to Les Gets and Morzine. Les Gets is known for runs suiting all levels, with 120km of pistes and 48 lifts. The Portes du Soleil, including 12 linked resorts, is accessible from Les Gets.

The hotel offers parking spaces and a ski room with heated boot racks. Bike rental can be organized through Torico bike shop in Morzine. The hotel provides information and support for ski lessons with British and international ski schools. Childcare arrangements can be made with Les Fripouilles nursery. Pets are welcome for an additional €10 per day. Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM.
