Skiers can progress onto the gentle Les Mappys area, with its two magic carpets and rope tows serving four easy slopes. mold on the wall incorrectly mounted curtain rail
The breakfast was acceptable. It had gluten-free bread.
I found the room disappointing, as I had to complain to get an upgrade. The upgraded room had mold on the wall. The curtain rail was incorrectly mounted.

Good Hotel, Some Issues

The room was modern. It was wide and very clean with a nice view. I really appreciated the secure room provided for bikes and the decor throughout. The cooked breakfast was very good and they had proper tea bags to make a great cup of tea.
Our child slipped over on the floors in the spa and nearly had an accident! The spa area is dark. With very low level lighting. Most of the jets weren't working in the tiny jacuzzi. The spa was definetly not suitable for children!

the decor was nice. the staff were helpful at breakfast.
the tv didn't work well. i had to ask for toiletries listed on their site. also, the jacuzzi did not work and the steam room wasn't hot enough.

amazing breakfast wide selection skilled bartender secure room
the breakfast was amazing with a wide selection. the bar had a great atmosphere and the bartender was very skilled. i really liked the secure room provided for bikes and it gave me peace of mind. the staff were helpful with local recommendations , made my holiday better.
i noticed very slight wear and tear on the curtains in my room but everything else was perfect

helpful staff good breakfast beneficial location extra spa fee inconsistent cleaning weak wifi
the staff were helpful , especially at the front desk. they assisted with all my inquiries. breakfast was very good and had many options. the location was beneficial , close to many attractions.
the spa was not included in the room price , and it required an extra fee. the room cleaning was not consistent. i found some items from previous guests. the wifi signal was weak in my room.

the breakfast had plenty of choice with local pastries cheeses and charcuterie available
i booked a specific room type it was not available upon arrival reception offered no real solution the room felt small the bed wasn't particularly comfortable this situation was disappointing

non-working air conditioning missing electrical outlet
The breakfast buffet was acceptable. It offered a decent selection of items.
My room was NOT what I expected. The air conditioning did not work, a PROBLEM. I also noticed there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. How am I supposed to use my electric shaver??
